CARLTON — Greetings from Carlton Community Education!

Spring is coming, a true sign of this ... our most popular class, container gardening at The Green House, is back the week of April 18. There are eight sessions to choose from and registrations have been flowing in! If you are interested, be sure to register soon as some days and times are filling up quickly.

We have new sessions of TKD, deco mesh wreath creations and folkloric Middle Eastern beginning in April, as well.

We are excited to be offering a new opportunity for our elementary students, Krafty Kids. Students who participate get to hang out a bit after school, enjoy a snack and create some adorable crafts! Community Education staff are excited for this chance to experience creative fun with participants.

Our Early Childhood program is thrilled to be bringing back Transportation Night in May! Such an awesome family event that has been missing the last couple years. Save the date for Thursday, May 19, with more details to come!

Summer STEM Camp dates are set; STEM Camp Jr. will be held June 14-15 and STEM Camp will be held June 20-23. Registration for these camps will be out in April.

Our Adventures for your Brain: Summer Learning Camp will also be held in August, but those dates and details are still being finalized. Spring and summer definitely provide a plethora of events and opportunities for all members of the community, we can’t wait to see you at some of them this year!
