Often imitated but never duplicated, Apple AirPods are one of the most popular tech accessories on the market — and for a good reason.

The wireless earbuds have been dubbed the "best headphones" by Amazon shoppers and right now, users can snag a pair of 3rd generation AirPods on sale, thanks to Amazon Canada's early Prime Day deals.

Apple AirPods are the wireless alternative to headphones that pair easily with your Apple device without compromising sound quality or performance.

The AirPod wireless charging case holds multiple full charges for your ear buds and has more than 30 hours of total listening time. Each charge delivers up to six hours of play time and four hours of talk time; when not in use, should be kept in the charging case to ensure you never miss a call, a podcast or a song.

Since the AirPods are paired to your iOS device (like your iPad, iPhone or MacBook) you’ll receive a push notification when your battery is running low. When your charging case battery pack is low, simply connect the case to a power source using the included Lightening cord.

An upgrade to Apple's 2nd generation AirPods, the 3rd generation ear buds are sweat and water resistant, feature a longer battery life, and come with improved microphone quality.

Considering the popularity of AirPods, it isn't surprising the wireless headphones have earned an "Amazon's Choice" title, an average rating of 4.3 stars, and nearly 27,000 reviews.

According to one reviewer, the 3rd generation AirPods come with an "awesome sound improvement" compared to earlier-generation devices. The call quality has "improved," they write. Adding, your voice sounds "clearer" to the other person.

Another shopper says, "you know what you buy" when purchasing a pair of AirPods. "Everything from sound quality to technology" meets or is "higher [than] my expectations," they write.

The AirPods are the "best headphones I've ever owned," lauds a third shopper, who says the sound quality is "impeccable" and the battery life is "amazing."

Despite more than 21,000 five-star reviews, some shoppers note that if you're looking for noise-cancelling features, you're better off with AirPods Pro rather than the 3rd generation earbuds.

The "noise cancellation is non-existent," writes one user. However, they're still "great quality earbuds."

If you’re a loyal Apple product user, you’ll probably enjoy the benefits of wireless ear buds that allow you to easily pair with multiple devices with ease, especially at their current sale price. However, if you're looking for noise cancellation features, you might be better off investing in a pair of AirPods Pro.
